OWRA is a Web-based tool developed to enhance services to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) participants. The OWRA Tool consists of a detailed comprehensive assessment of the strengths, barriers, and overall work readiness of TANF participants which creates a unique and dynamic self-sufficiency plan. Based on the comprehensive assessment, a modifiable electronic based self-sufficiency plan is generated creating a summary of strengths and barriers, and makes work activity and work support recommendations.
